I have been such a slacker at blogging. This has been a busy month and I'm hoping it calms down a little before it gets crazy again! I wanted to share this recipe with y'all, it's so so good.
Pistachio Cake
1 box yellow cake mix ( I used vanilla because that's what I had here.)
1 cup water
4 eggs
3 packages of pistachio pudding
1 cup vegetable oil
Mix cake mix, pudding, water, oil, and eggs. Beat on med/low for 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in a well greased bunt pan. Bake for 60-70 minutes.
*I always add some green food coloring to the mix to make a little more green when its done baking. Rilan loves that it's his favorite color!*
Let cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan.
The is a glaze you can put on top once it completely cools but I didn't do it this time because I was being lazy and I wanted to eat a piece before it was cool! :)
Glaze
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp softened butter
2 to 3 tbps milk
